Shindigary - Rhythm Dragons - 4 PM

Bring your Kustom Cars and Bikes out to the 3rd Annual Rockabilly Shindigary. This annual fundraiser is put on for the amazing young ladies who play for Imperial Valley Venom Fastpitch and travel all over So Cal, AZ, NV, and UT. This year we have some great bands set up to play including the Rhythm Dragons and Sick String Outlaws. Food, Beer, Vendors, Pin up Contest, Peoples Choice prizes for bikes and cars, Raffles.... We got it all. Please contact us for car/bike registration and vendor spaces.

The Rhythm Dragons have completed a very successful Spring Midwest Tour promoting our “Reignite“ album. We would like to thank all the great venues that hosted our shows. Many thanks go to: Sioux City Music Conservatory, 7th Circle Music Collective, Torque Fest, Mine Shaft Tavern, Blue Grasshopper, Marble Brewery, Frank’s Power Plant, The Elbow Room, The Red Brick Bar, Local Bar & Grill, Globe Hall, Vega, Iowa City Yacht Club and San Loo. We would also like to thank all the amazing artist that made our shows special: Ethyl and the Regulars, Rotten Reputation, The Hazelwoods, The Wind Firs, Rascal Martinez, Sioux City Students, Koffin Kats, The Dyes, Superchief, 3 On The Tree, Def Kittie Blindogg, Superfun Yeah Yeah Rocketship, The Incorruptibles, John Till, Robbie and the Rockin’ Fools, Ghost Town Strays, and Christophe. Rhythm Dragon’s Reignite Tour brings world-class rockabilly to the Midwest! 

The Rhythm Dragon's new album, “Reignite” April 2016. 

Worldwide Rockabilly presents the Rhythm Dragons for fifteen dates in April and May. This international touring band is on their Reignite Midwest tour bringing high-energy rockabilly, swing & americana. The Rhythm Dragons are known for their creative and impactful original music, which can be heard on their new album, "Reignite". Rhythm Dragons music is available for iTunes, Amazon, CDBaby, Spotify, Google Play, Apple Music, Tidal, Rhapsody, iHeartRadio, eMusic and 2500 other retail outlets for CD purchase and download. 

The Rhythm Dragons are a classic rockabilly trio led by Anthony Vincent, guitar & lead vocals, with the rhythm section of upright bassist Joshua Whitney Gihle and former Social Distortion drummer Robert Lynn Stubbs. The North States Journal says they “deliver a fiery blend of rockabilly, swing and punk”, De Villarreal of MotorBilly Radio says Billy 3.0 is “hotter than the Arizona sun, here comes that fiery trio from Phoenix with their 11th full length album (!) full of Gretsch-fueled fun & rockabilly madness! Officially drops in May, we’ve got advance tracks for you to hear & enjoy on MotorBilly…” Fans have connected with them in clubs, as well as national music fests from Torque Fest to Viva Las Vegas and Rockabilly Reunion to Arizona’s Rockabilly Bash, as well as numerous charity & benefit concerts. 

The Rhythm Dragons Reignite Midwest tour is 15 dates in October and May which covers New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Oklahoma. These great tour venues are known for featuring great national acts such as the Rhythm Dragons. Enjoy their great original music as well as a few unique covers such as "Love Potion #9" and "Beautiful Girl".

Vintage Torque Fest is a fund raiser designed to help families that have children with congenital heart defects. Vintage Torque Fest is not the typical car show. This is a festival that brings together people from around the country that have a passion for keeping the traditions of the past alive. This means keeping the music, cars, clothes, and art alive. This is what Vintage Torque Fest is about. It is a festival that brings hot rods from around the country, artists from around the world, vendors from east and west coasts, and bands that have toured the world several times over into one location. This year we will get together in Dubuque, Iowa. Free Entry to Children 12 and under Free Entry to Active Military with current Military ID Car Entry to participate in the show – NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE All gate proceeds from this event go to www.helpinghannahsheart.org.
